What a great store, honestly. Their prices are fair and cheaper than the box stores which sold me alone. And even though I had a million questions about everything from my pitbull's allergies and what senior food is best to general questions about our ferrets, she answered every one to the best of her ability without seeming like I was inconveniencing her. Will definitely go back.

I’ve been coming here for the past few months, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! As a first-time kitten owner, I really appreciate their great recommendations—my little ones love everything they’ve suggested. I’ll definitely keep coming back for all my pet care needs!

This place is fantastic, the building is a little hard to find the first time. But that's only because it's on a road full of "generic" looking buildings. Once you find your way in though, you're set. They have just about anything you could need for your critters. The staff is also always super friendly. I showed up a little before opening one day, the staff came in right on time and was very apologetic about being "late" I think I might need to switch my main pet store 😅 Google asked me to update my review and I'm happy to say they have since become my main pet store

This is a diamond in the rough. If you haven’t been here you are missing out. Pet Warehouse has anything you could possibly need for your pet. Shannon is the kindness most caring person. She is so knowledgeable about everything in the store. She helped so much with our Jenna Rose when she was being very picky about eating. Large inventory. Been getting my dog food from here for quite some time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes give you extra dog treats at no charge!

We found the store and staff to be excellent. Every staff member we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We've gone back several times since and consider PSW as our "go to" for all of our pet needs. Great asset to the Rockford Area.

Shop local. I received excellent customer service. I went in to see about different kibble options for my large breed dogs. The young man that helped me was great and knowledgeable. Offered different choices. I am their next regular customer.
